Every room is uniquely embellished by local creative individuals and home furnishing stores. Room sizes and prices range from economy room rate @ $150.00, to a double bedroom suite @ $375.00 and many creative choices in between. Special packages, add-ons and tourist deals are available on a seasonable basis attracting a mature crowd who desires a downtown community oriented location with many amenities.

We are walking distance to all of downtown and surrounding historic neighborhoods, minutes from Biltmore Village-Estates and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Options for bike rental, bus transport, hotel van and taxi service available. We do have a few parking spaces on reservation basis for an addition fee. A bell cap will be available to help with bags and 2-3 ADA rooms with a lift for those who need assistance. Adult only, beer and wine on premises with an ice maker in lobby. Some rooms are furnished with mini bar and microwave. We offer several two bedroom suites for large groups and restaurant menus with delivery-pick up options. Plenty of eateries, grocery stores, markets, retail shops, music rooms and lounges also within walking distance as well as theaters, museums, concert halls, civic center, places of interest and our new welcome center filled with all the information one needs to enjoy everything Asheville and Western North Carolina has to offer. Off season visits are encouraged as we lower rates and open the hotel for functions, art openings and corporate or group events. Our mild climate means your stay will be pleasant all year round. If it does snow you are lucky to see how beautiful our mountain surrounding can be and can ski or snow board at one of our local ski restarts.
